Argelia started KATz Boot Camp 2 years ago in June, we added a few sessions of personal training one day a week. She lost 49lbs in one year.
This January we added a more personalized nutrition, and she lost 8lbs in her first month and continues to lose. Since, she has lost 13lbs, 3.8% body fat and 5.25” overall from chest, waist & hips and her BMI went down 2.5 points!
I am a busy mom of 7. I couldn’t keep up with my children and I was surrounded by unhealthy food daily. I could see my family going down a destructive path with food and a sedentary lifestyle. In December of 2018 I decided I wanted more than a New Year’s Resolution and I started going to the gym. Shortly after I joined KATz Boot Camp and never looked back. It was difficult to face how out of shape I was but I found a community of ladies who inspired me and kept me going. I added nutrition coaching and weight training. After a year I have lost 26 lbs and two sizes. I feel amazing and I can keep up with my children. My family now makes healthy food choices, my husband has lost weight and my kids and I are signed up for three 5ks in 2020. I cannot express how thankful I am to have a trainer who is passionate about her clients. Working with Kat has fundamentally changed myself and my family for the better. I look in the mirror and I see a new confident healthy person and I am forever grateful.

Rebecca and I worked together for about year 2013-2014. She did a few blocks of personal training sessions spread throughout the year and 3 rounds of KATz 21 Day Belly Blast.
